Ingredients:

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • Club soda
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine Juices: In a shaker, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, and lime juice.
  2. Shake Well: Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice and top with club soda.
  4. Garnish: Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.

  • 1/2 oz almond syrup (orgeat)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • Mint sprig and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a shaker, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, almond syrup, and simple syrup.
  2. Shake Well: Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice and add a dash of grenadine.
  4. Garnish: Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.

  2. Shake Well: Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a blender, combine the coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Blend: Add a handful of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve: Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.

  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Muddle Mint: In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup and lime juice.
  2. Add Ice: Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Top with Club Soda: Top with club soda and stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish: Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.

Nojito (Non-Alcoholic Mojito)

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz strawberry puree
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple slice and strawberry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Layers: In a blender, combine the coconut cream and pineapple juice. Blend with a handful of crushed ice until smooth.
  2. Pour and Layer: Pour the coconut mixture into a glass.
  3. Add Strawberry Puree: Slowly pour the strawberry puree over the back of a spoon onto the coconut mixture to create a layered effect.
  4. Garnish: Garnish with a pineapple slice and a strawberry.
